We will need a nim/ecl translator module, because the trigger conditioning
board has differential ecl i/o.  If one is not available at KEK, then perhaps
we can borrow one from LBL again.
 
Also, there is that clock module that the HAC seems to need.  Its output
must also eventually be converted to ecl.  Tim, what kind of output does that
clock module have?  I seem to remember a nim/ttl translator module, but I do
not remember why we were using it.
