Subj:	The H8 schedule 1996 for the TRT and SCT ( pixels, strips, GaAs ),
 
The H8 ID schedule for 1996 is very difficult. Below I have tried to
summarize the dates given in Vuillemin latest ( to my knowledge )
schedule and extract the implications for the various groups. 
 
I hope the format is readable for all of you. I need reactions from the
various groups ( by mail or phone 47 22 85 50 63 ). The goal is to
present a final proposal in the TSP meeting in the ATLAS week 5.3.
