Subj:	Proton fluence calculation

I have finished the flux calculation for the last proton irradiation at KEK-PS.
The results is;
    
  For Low dose run       3.81 x 10**13 protons/cm**2  (for CDF silicon sample)

  For High dose run      1.83 x 10**14 protons/cm**2  (for glues etc.) 

Overall error for the measurement is 10% (conservative), in which dominant
sources are as follows;
	
	Statistics: 2.8 %
	Calibration: 5 %
	Production Crosssection: 5 %

Uniformity of the low dose exposure was very good.
It was better than +/- 3% over the silicon area.
