I-V measuremnt has been done nominally:
temperature at 20 deg.C, 0 to 500V, voltage step of 10V, 5 sec wait and readout.
If temperature is not 20 deg.C, the current is scaled to the one at 20 deg.C.
"Zero" current means "no measurement".
