Event counting problem in the abcdaq0.54

The abcdaq (version 0.54?) has a problem in counting the
number of events/triggers, in combination with the number
of calibration pulses, Ncal, and the "loop" value, Nloop.
(Also, the ABCD1 chip has a subtle event loss when the write 
and the read are occuring simultaneously.)  

The problem appears as the efficiency saturates at non-unity 
value so as counting the number of events less or more 
of multiple of Ncal*Nloop.

Solution to the problem is

1) Issue one calibration per trigger

     abc_cal.cb

2) Set the "loop" value to be 1
